Stand up paddle boarding provides us with a great core workout as well as being a wonderful way to immerse in the beautiful Maldivian waters. Almost every muscle in the body is used at some point and a large amount of balance is required. Leg muscles get a good work out as they attempt to maintain the balance. Paddling utilizes the arms, back, and shoulders to propel the paddle board in the water. The core back and abdominal muscles are constantly at work to maintain your balance.
