Bringing you live classes straight from the Maldives Island Spa Retreats together with the radiant Diwa Tharan Saunders would like to welcome you to join their Yoga family and start an inner journey in a time of profound changes.
With 3 online Kundalini Yoga classes per week we offer you the opportunity to connect to and experience the strength, divinity and infinite expansiveness of your Soul. Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan uses ancient yogic technology found in breathwork (pranayam), mantra recitation, postures (asana) and meditation to calm your nervous system, strengthen the connection to your physical body and bring you into alignment with your core essence of Truth to begin to consciously live from a connected state of being, in flow with your intuition, your heart and divine life purpose.
Surrendering to the present moment, we allow the intelligence of life that is within us, to take over and guide us in each and every step of the way.
All you need is a computer or phone with a reliable internet connection to join the live stream classes (using Zoom) and an open heart.

- A quiet place to practice undisturbed
- Yoga mat or a sheepskin to practice on
- Comfortable clothing
- Good internet access and Zoom (this is simply a matter of clicking on a link that Diwa will send you in an e-mail)
- Optional blanket and/or eye pillow for relaxation
- Yoga blocks, meditation cushion or chair to sit on, if necessary

From the comfort of your own home, you can experience 3 online group 75-min Kundalini Yoga live sessions throughout the week. Sessions are streamed live from the Maldives.
Diwa will guide you primarily vocally, then visually, and will demonstrate all exercises and poses herself.
Virtual class size ranges from 5-15 pax allowing Diwa to give guidance to all practitioners in the class. While it is optional to turn your camera on during class, we recommend doing so to be able to receive this feedback.
These classes are ideal for beginners and experienced practitioners alike.
Most of us will never get a chance to practice with gifted teachers in remote locations. In person, that is. Online classes allow you to connect with amazing teachers.
We hope that we bring you a more budget-friendly way to practice as no matter how you slice it, “real life” yoga classes are far costlier than virtual ones.

Location
These yoga and meditation classes are held online from Maldives. Classes are live-streamed via Zoom, which you can participate from the comfort of your home by just using your phone, tablet or computer.
Diwa Tharan Sanders
As someone who loves being in service and guiding people on their journey towards their highest potential, Diwa’s offerings are focused on heart-centered exploration of the Self. She is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Breath of Bliss breathwork facilitator and also holds a 200hr Integral Vinyasa yoga certification. Away from the mat, she offers Reiki healing, has authored a children’s book on mindfulness called Kaya’s Heart Song and makes mala necklace jewellery. Diwa loves creating experiences that take you on a journey towards self-love, claiming your personal power and conscious awakening. Her classes and workshops have helped others to find their voice, feel balanced and seize the courage to create the lives that they dream of.
