As we continue to navigate and adapt to global changes surrounding our health and communities, be consumed by an overwhelm of information, balance the ‘work from home’ lifestyle with the demands of caring for our families and ourselves along with dealing with stress, uncertainty and tension it is increasingly important that we take a pause and give time to ourselves to release, recharge and resource ourselves with tools that can help us create more stability, balance and calm during these times. By choosing to look after ourselves we can continue to care for our loved ones and support them in feeling safe, healthy and happy too.
This unique 7-day online retreat is your chance to Choose You. Over our time together, you get to choose the experience you desire. Using the teachings of Kundalini Yoga as our base, choose from any one of these supplementary tools to support your retreat experience: mindfulness techniques, conscious journaling, meditation, heart-centered self-inquiry, circular connected breathing and Kundalini Yoga for addiction.
These practices will give you tools that you can use to continually nourish yourself with healthy, supportive practices to keep you balanced, grounded and living with greater clarity and peace.
We will meet three times in the week for an open online yoga class and in between you will enjoy a personalised wellness session of your choosing. There will also be a private Facebook group to keep our conversation running daily, where you can continue to share or receive guidance and feedback. Daily wellness and yogic lifestyle tips will also be shared in this group.
The retreat officially begins on Sunday with an online opening ceremony prior to our first yoga class on Monday. Our private Facebook group will be open a few days before the retreat opens to receive any questions and to prepare ourselves for the week ahead. We will end the retreat with a group closing ceremony on Saturday, which will be followed by one-to-one closing sessions.
All yoga classes start at 11.30am to 12.45pm Maldives (GMT+5) time. Classes will be recorded. There is also the possibility of adapting the time of the classes to suit the group’s needs.

Suitable for everyone, regardless of your yoga experience this retreat is about expressing gratitude for our bodies and minds, honouring our past and taking the initiative to enter a new chapter with a positive resolve. We will use this time to detox the body and mind, relax, strengthen our systems and reflect. Our aim is to inspire you to make positive changes in your life.
Your teacher – Diwa
As someone who loves being in service and guiding people on their journey towards their highest potential, Diwa’s offerings are focused on heart-centered exploration of the Self. She is a KRI certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Breath of Bliss breathwork facilitator and also holds a 200hr Integral Vinyasa yoga certification. Away from the mat, she offers Reiki healing, has authored a children’s book on mindfulness called Kaya’s Heart Song and makes mala necklace jewellery. Diwa loves creating experiences that take you on a journey towards self-love, claiming your personal power and conscious awakening. Her classes and workshops have helped others to find their voice, feel balanced and seize the courage to create the lives that they dream of.
